Is HeyDock a subscription?
No. Solo and Duo are paid once and kept. Every 1.x update is included, and your copy keeps working after that. Pro+, planned for v2, will be an optional $4-a-month add-on for cloud features; you’ll never need it to use HeyDock.
Is there a free trial?
No. HeyDock stays locked until a licence is activated. Instead there’s a 7-day refund: if it isn’t for you, ask within 7 days and you get your money back.
How does the founding discount work?
The FOUNDING discount is applied automatically at checkout for $10 off Solo or Duo. It’s limited to the first 500 buyers, once per customer.
Can I move my licence to another Mac?
Yes. Deactivate it in Settings › License on the old Mac, then activate it on the new one. Lost the old Mac? Email us and we’ll free the seat.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are in US dollars before tax. Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, can show the price in your local currency at checkout and adds any sales tax or VAT.
